Went to Uncle Mikes last minute and the baker came out and saved the day. She dropped everything and made a cake for me - not only did she do that, but felt so bad that such a horrible cake was given to me by another company, she said it was on the house. My jaw dropped. Absolute definition of TRUE customer service. And the cake - it was DELICIOUS!!! Will never stray from Uncle Mike's again.August 17, 2016
